For all orders of hardware or software not produced by Phaldor Computing Ltd. and parts or consumables purchased by us on behalf of the Client, all monies will be required in advance.

All hardware parts or consumables remain the property of Phaldor Computing Ltd until the Invoice has been settled in full.

Pricing will be agreed with you, the customer, before any work is undertaken. The payment schedule will be as follows: 30% of total price payable in advance; 40% of total price invoiced when the project is handed over to you for testing (this date to be decided by Phaldor Computing Ltd), remaining 30% due on 'go live' when any outstanding problems have been brought to a suitable conclusion (no later than 30 days after commencement of testing).

All intellectual rights remain the property of Phaldor Computing Ltd until all 3 payments have been settled in full.

All invoices must be paid by the due date on the invoice. Any monies remaining unpaid after that date, may be liable to interest in line with current Government guidelines.
