Pricing will be agreed with you, the customer, before any work is undertaken. The payment schedule will be as follows: 30% of total price payable in advance; 50% of total price invoiced when the project is handed over to you for testing (this date to be decided by Phaldor Computing Ltd), remaining 20% due on 'go live' when any outstanding problems have been brought to a suitable conclusion (no later than 30 days after commencement of testing).

All intellectual rights remain the property of Phaldor Computing Ltd until all 3 payments have been settled in full.
